Refund Policy

Retail Products / Gear

Items purchased at the retail booth during an event may be returned while the event is still active. The item must be unused and in original condition.

PLEASE NOTE: Once the event has concluded there will be no refunds available and all sales are final.

Transfer of Registrations

Registration fees / vouchers / promotional code discounts are not available to be transfered from one competitor to another under any circumstances.

In-Person Registrations

Prior to the event you may receive a full refund by visiting the weigh-in station.

During the event you may receive a full refund if there are no competitors available at your age/weight/rank in any of the brackets you've registered for. In the case where a competitor has registered for more than one bracket a partial refund may be given if other competitors aren't available in one of the brackets.

After the event has concluded there will be no refunds given.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all events offer in-person registration. Please review the Event Schedule and Event Details for specific information regarding each event.

Online Registrations

Prior to the event you may receive a full refund by contacting us at: info@fujibjj.com. Requests must be in writing to this email address and must contain the following information:

  • Event Name
  • Event Date
  • Biller Name
  • Competitor Name(s)
  • Biller Email
  • Biller Phone

During the event you may receive a full refund if there are no competitors available at your age/weight/rank in any of the brackets you've registered for. In the case where a competitor has registered for more than one bracket a partial refund may be given if other competitors aren't available in one of the brackets.

After the event has concluded there will be no refunds given.
