RETAIL PRODUCTS


Items purchased at the retail booth during an event may be returned while the event is still active. The item must be unused and in original condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the event has concluded there will be no refunds available and all sales are final.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATIONS


Registration fees / vouchers / promotional code discounts are not available to be transferred from one competitor to another under any circumstances.

IN PERSON REGISTRATIONS


During the event you may receive a full refund if there are no competitors available at your age/weight/rank in any of the brackets you've registered for. In the case where a competitor has registered for more than one bracket a partial refund may be given if other competitors aren't available in one of the brackets.
After the event has concluded there will be no refunds given.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all events offer in-person registration. Please review the Event Schedule and Event Details for specific information regarding each event.
PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES TO FUJI BJJ REGARDING IN-PERSON REGISTRATIONS WILL BE UNANSWERED, IGNORED, DELETED. THESE ISSUES MUST BE ADDRESSED WITH THE EVENT COORDINATOR AT EACH EVENT.

VOIDING AN ORDER


If you register for an event in error or if you simply choose to not compete for an event you've registered for, you have a period of time to void the order. The amount of time depends on how long it takes your financial institution to settle the transaction. Prior to settlement you can void the order by doing the following:
  • Login to your account
  • Go to "My Account" -> "My Orders"
  • Click "Manage" on the order
  • Open the "Void Order" page section
  • Click the "Void Order" button
PLEASE NOTE: The order must not be settled for it to be eligible to be voided. Once the order is settled you may have the option to receive a promotional code or refund depending on the state of the order (see below).

PROMOTIONAL CODES


If you choose not to participate at an event you may generate a promotional code which is valid towards a future event. An order must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a promotional code:
  • The order must be for an upcoming event.
  • The competitor must not be currently checked into the event.
  • The order must have a positive balance (not be refunded).
  • The order must be "settled" by your financial institution.
If an order meets the requirements above, it may be eligible for a promotional code. Follow the steps below to generate a promotional code:
  • Login to your account
  • Go to "My Account" -> My Orders
  • Click "Manage" on the order
  • Open the "Promo Code" page section
  • Click the "Issue Code" button
PLEASE NOTE: Once a promotional code has been issued, the items related to that code will be marked as "WITHDRAWN" and will be invalid.

REFUNDS


If you choose not to participate at an event you may issue a refund for any eligible order. An order must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund:
  • The order must be for an upcoming event and be within the refund period for that event.
  • The competitor must not be currently checked into the event.
  • The order must have a positive balance (not be previously refunded).
  • The order must be "settled" by your financial institution.
If an order meets the requirements above, it may be eligible for a refund. Follow the steps below to issue a refund:
  • Login to your account
  • Go to "My Account" -> My Orders
  • Click "Manage" on the order
  • Open the "Refund" page section
  • Click the "Issue Refund" button
PLEASE NOTE: Once a refund has been issued, the items related to that code will be marked as "REFUNDED" and will be invalid.

DAY OF THE EVENT


During the event you may receive a full refund if there are no competitors available at your age/weight/rank in any of the brackets you've registered for. AFTER THE EVENT


After the event has concluded there will be no refunds given.
